How does the implementation process work?
95% of Claritysoft customers use the Quick Start program and need nothing more. Here’s what you can expect during implementation:
- Getting Started – Your Claritysoft service agent will discuss your CRM and business requirements and guide you through preparing for the setup process.
- Setup – You will work directly with your Claritysoft service agent to setup and customize your CRM system. We’re always by your side to make sure setup goes smoothly.
- Import your data – Importing your data correctly is a critical part of a successful CRM implementation. We will hold your hand throughout this step.
- End User Training – Claritysoft will provide training for your team so they can hit the ground running.
How long does it take to implement CRM?
The Claritysoft Quick Start program includes 7 hours of consulting to help you set-up and customize your CRM and train your team. The Quick Start program can be completed in as little as 1 – 2 days. The length of implementation time depends on your team’s availability and whether your data requires maintenance before importing into another system. Most organizations take 2 – 6 weeks to implement Claritysoft.
How much does Claritysoft CRM cost?
The cost of Claritysoft is $39 per user per month, or $468 per user per year with an optional one-time implementation fee of $995 for the Claritysoft QuickStart program. The QuickStart program is designed to get your team up and running quickly with set-up, customization and training.
Does Claritysoft have an app?
Claritysoft works on mobile devices including tablets and smartphones – BUT not through an app. Rather, Claritysoft CRM can be accessed any time, using any device via a browser. This helps protect you and your data if you were to suddenly run out of batteries or lose your phone or tablet. Plus, there are no applications to install or update.
Can I access Claritysoft offline?
Yes! Claritysoft’s desktop application allows you to access CRM even when you don’t have an Internet connection.
Does Claritysoft integrate with QuickBooks, Sage, or other Accounting systems?

Does Claritysoft integrate with Office 365?
Claritysoft integrates easily with installed Microsoft Office products, including Office 365. Customers tell us one of their favorite features is integration with Microsoft Outlook – contacts, tasks and emails can be automatically synchronized between both Claritysoft and Microsoft Outlook.
What if I have users that don’t access CRM very often? Can I add read-only users?
